Ok so I've found posting every day to be very difficult! But I'm going to try again.

Right now about all I can think about is peaches! It's peach season here in the Grand Valley, and that's all I'm eating. Made some great bruschetta with goat cheese, grilled peaches, fresh basil, and balsamic reduction.
