Work continues on the Turner Gulch Fire

After the fire suppression activities finish on a fire, the focus turns to repairing and reclaiming areas that have been impacted by the fire suppression activity. This includes rehabbing primary and contingency fire lines, removing flagging and signage from roads, repairing trails, and rehabbing areas where firefighters set up remote spike camps. It is important to return these areas back to their pre-incident state in order to help start the lands post incident healing process.
