In a recent visit to Colorado, the Swiss Armed Forces celebrated a year of partnership with the Colorado National Guard. Their visit included trips to the High Altitude Army National Guard Aviation Training Site and Buckley Space Force Base, as well as a proclomation signing ceremony with Governor Jared Polis.

The annual Adjutant General’s Marksmanship Match kicked off yesterday!

Over this 4-day event, Colorado National Guard Soldiers and Airmen are putting their skills to the test at Fort Carson. This competition pushes our service members through dynamic shooting scenarios—building leadership, tactical readiness and lethality across the force.

Competitors are putting rounds downrange to hone their skills and compete for the coveted Governor’s Twenty tab.
