Grand Meadow Area Ambulace Service(GMAAS) is a volunteer based Ambulace service based out of Grand Meadow, Minnesota. GMAAS was formed in 1978 to fill the need for pre hospital care and emergency transport in the greater Grand Meadow Area. Our service area serves the towns and townships of Grand Meadow, Racine, Dexter, Frandkford, Bennington, Pleasant Valley, and Clayton. Our dedicated and experie

nced EMT and EMR responders answer the call for emergency care and transport over 200 times a year. The service has the capabilities of two ambulance rigs that are internally managed by volunteers within the service. GMAAS is dedicated to serving the communities that our volunteers live in through the response to care and community outreach.

🚑🤍 This EMS Week, we want to recognize the incredible men and women who answer the call — day or night, rain or shine, holidays and weekends alike.

Behind every siren is our crew of dedicated professionals who show compassion in moments of fear, strength in moments of chaos, and calm in moments that matter most. Our EMS providers do far more than respond to emergencies — they comfort families, support communities, save lives, and make sacrifices that often go unseen.

Thank you to every EMT and first responder, and a heartfelt thank you to our GMAAS family! I hope you all feel appreciated not only this week but every week. 🤍🚑

Thank you JT for bringing your vehicle to our Deer Creek Speedway training last night!

Got the opportunity to bring our car down to Grand Meadow Fire Station! Deer Creek Speedway and Grand Meadow Fire & Rescue got together to have thier yearly safety meeting evaluating certain situations and inspecting the race car to keep every driver safe!
Great group of Men and Women who have a part in this station. Lots of questions and observations!
