St. Ann's St. Ann's was founded by the Carmelite Sisters of the Divine Heart of Jesus. We are licensed by the State of MI as a Home for the Aged and a Nursing facility.

Ann's provides Rehab, Assisted Living, Nursing and Alzheimer's care on a scenic campus on Grand Rapids near West Side. Ann' has been an anchor in the community since the 1950's and continues to earn five-star national quality honors.
