Join herbalist Camilla Voelker of A Season of Wellness to explore the trails and ecosystems of Blandford as you learn to identify plants commonly used in Western Herbalism. We’ll talk about the ecological benefits of these plants, sustainable harvesting, and introduce you to ways to incorporate them into your own health and wellness routines. Samples and tastings will be provided. Please note that this class is for educational purposes only, and we will not be harvesting plants from this walk.

🔥Join us in the forge to learn how fire, metal and a hammer come together to create a twisted grill fork! Our experienced blacksmith will teach you a few tricks of the trade in this introductory blacksmith class. Topics covered will include forge safety, tools, and fire building, and you will have an opportunity to work on a twisted grill fork. No experience necessary! Blandford Nature Center will provide safety equipment, including gloves and ear and eye protection.🔥
