🍳 A Small Gesture for an Amazing Team
Professional development can be a lot of learning, planning, and preparation but sometimes, it's also about sharing a meal and starting the day together.
Today, our new Wellspring Prep Staff Blackstone made its PD debut! 🔥
Breakfast was served with cheesy eggs and pancakes for everyone (banana, chocolate chip, plain, and even extra-thick varieties!). 🥞🍳
It's a small gesture for the amazing people who show up every day for our students, but we're excited about what this grill can become throughout the year: more meals, more conversations, more laughter, and more opportunities for our staff to simply enjoy being together.
Because building a great school isn't just about the work we do together it's also about the relationships we build along the way.
Here's to a great year of good food, good people, and plenty of time around the Blackstone! ❤️

El desarrollo profesional puede incluir mucho aprendizaje, planificación y preparación, pero a veces también se trata de compartir una comida y comenzar el día juntos.
Hoy, nuestra nueva parrilla Blackstone para el personal de Wellspring Prep hizo su debut durante el desayuno de PD. 🔥
¡Tuvimos huevos con queso y pancakes para todos de guineo, chispas de chocolate, tradicionales y hasta extra gruesos! 🥞🍳
Es un pequeño gesto para las personas increíbles que vienen cada día a dar lo mejor de sí por nuestros estudiantes. Pero esperamos que esta parrilla se convierta en mucho más durante el año: más comidas, más conversaciones, más risas y más oportunidades para que nuestro personal simplemente disfrute estar juntos.
Porque construir una gran escuela no se trata solamente del trabajo que hacemos juntos; también se trata de las relaciones que construimos en el camino.
