After many years of unemployment and making money illegally, followed by 3 years behind bars, Isaiah wanted to turn his life around. With no place to go, he came to Mel Trotter Ministries in search of a new beginning.

During his stay, he heard about the Workforce Development program provided by Next Step, a division of MTM, and signed up. Isaiah said, “This gave me a reason and purpose every day to get back into the role of being responsible and productive.”
