Did you know avocado is one of the BEST first foods for babies? Try this simple baby guac:
🥑 ½ ripe avocado.
🥛 Splash of breastmilk, formula, or water.
Mash until smooth and serve with a spoon. Full of healthy fats for brain and eye development! Ask your WIC clinic about starting solids – avocado is a great place to begin!
