Are you looking for a volunteer opportunity? Do you love your library? Friends of Grandview Library needs you! We are in real danger of dissolving due to lack of members!

What is required of you?
Participation in 2 member meetings per year.
Assistance with at least 1 of the 2 book sales per year.
Some level of information sharing when we have fundraisers.

We know it is late notice, but we have a member meeting today at Grandview Library at 2pm!!!! If you are not able to attend, but are still interested in being part of our group, comment below or email our Library Director, Wendy Poteet, at [email protected].

Our annual quilt raffle is open!

This year's quilt is again made and donated by Lois Hensen of Gig Harbor, Washington. Those who know Jeremy Poteet, our library director's husband, may also know Mrs. Henson is his aunt. If you're in Rider's True Value and see Jeremy, be sure to tell him how much you like Aunt Lois's quilt!

Tickets are $1.00 each, or 6 for $5.00. They may be purchased at Grandview Library (cash only), where the quilt is also on display.

Drawing will take place on Friday, December 12th.

Grandview Library has Adult Arts & Crafts at 11am every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. This event is free, and all supplies are provided unless otherwise noted. No registration is required.

***Please bring your own tray for the Centerpiece craft on 10/20. We found ours at Dollar Tree. They are sturdy, but above our budget to purchase for a group. Any diameter tray will do. Size of your centerpiece will vary by tray size.

***Please bring your own pumpkin(s) to the craft on 10/22. Our pumpkin donation fell through and we have none to share!
