Our department provides fire and first responder coverage to parts of Muscatine County, working alongside Louisa County Ambulance. At times, Wapello EMS is also called in to assist to ensure our community receives timely emergency care.
If you live in Muscatine County, we strongly encourage you to speak up and support local EMS services. Without proper funding and staffing, ambulance response times may increase and services could be limited.

Our EMS professionals have done an outstanding job serving our community, but many departments are facing serious financial and staffing challenges.
Please support and advocate for your local EMS. Your voice could help save a life. ❤️
