Our Fiscal Year 2025 Annual Report is here!

This past fiscal year, America's Central Port moved 2.9 million tons of freight valued at over $1.3 billion, supported 670+ jobs across 51 tenants, and invested $10.79 million in capital improvements to keep our facilities competitive and connected.

A few highlights from the year:

✅ Completed the EDA Grain Bin expansion at Madison Harbor to grow grain export capacity

✅ Rehabbed 3,600 feet of railroad track at Granite City Harbor (IDOT-funded)

✅ Finished Phase II of Building 203, adding 12,000 SF of production space and attracting a new tenant (Hollywood River Studios)

✅ Generated $2.76M in leasehold taxes supporting local schools, municipalities, and public services

None of this happens without our incredible tenants, partners, board, and community. Thank you for your continued trust and investment in this region.

America’s Central Port is conducting a study to determine the feasibility of constructing new railroad tracks within the Port property, which would create a direct rail connection between the Granite City Harbor, located north of Locks #27, and Madison Harbor, located south of the Locks.

We're looking into options to livestream future meetings, and would ideally like to use YouTube, but we need 50 subscribers per their policies.

Can you help us out and subscribe to our YouTube channel so we can livestream our meetings?
