You couldn't live in our community of Granite Falls MN. and not know our beloved mayor Dave Smiglewski. On behalf of our food shelf board of directors, we want to expound on Dave's contribution, dedication of time, leadership qualities and what he has given as a board member of Neighbors United Food Shelf. He will forever be remembered in his role of wanting to help others. Dave was the central pillar in our community and was gifted with attributes to be a leader. We are grateful for all he has given to all of us. Our sympathy and condolences to the family and to all who feel saddened by his loss.
