🚛 Trash Collection Notice

The City of Grant's trash truck will be out of service for repairs beginning Monday, August 3, and is expected to be unavailable for approximately one week.

To help minimize any inconvenience, trash collection will take place this weekend before the repairs begin.

If your property is serviced by the City of Grant Solid Waste System and your dumpster becomes full during this time, the City has placed additional dumpsters and will have an extra roll-off container available at the waste collection site just west of the ballfield.

Please use these additional containers responsibly. They are intended only for residents whose regular trash service is affected during the truck repairs. This is not the time to clean out your home, garage, or property by disposing of large amounts of extra waste. Your cooperation will help ensure there is adequate capacity for everyone who needs it.

If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact Grant City Hall at 308-352-2100.

Respectfully,
Public Works Department
