Exciting news for Grant!

GENE’S GROCERY OUTLET GRAND OPENING!!!

After 3 months of planning, coordinating, hard work and ex*****on, we have finally come to a point where we can announce our opening date!

Friday, June 19, at 9 am we will be OPEN to the public!!! River Country Chamber of Commerce of Newaygo County will be doing a ribbon cutting ceremony for us at 10 am, and Sober-eats will be there to feed you!!!

WEEKLY HOURS:
Monday-Sunday
9 am - 5 pm

We had such an awesome training tonight that I forgot to take pictures. (I borrowed this one from the internet.)

We trained on how to rescue fellow firefighters out of burning buildings. It’s called RIT- Rapid Intervention Team. We practiced different ways on how to carry or drag a firefighter out of the building and how to perform CPR while trying to take off the firefighters coat, SCBA pack, mask and helmet. It was an exciting and educational training.
