Quick update on our grass-fed beef:
We are officially SOLD OUT of halves for 2026! Thank you to everyone who has supported us this year.
We will begin taking orders for 2027 beef in November. I do keep a few animals in reserve in case something unexpected happens on the farm, and if those aren't needed, they will likely be processed and available in December.
I also maintain a standby list in case anyone backs out of their order. If you'd like to be added to the list, send me a message or text 541-761-2505.

We still have plenty of grass-fed, grass-finished ground beef available in both our regular 85/15 blend and our extra-lean blend (approximately 94/6).

• 25 lb case $8.50/lb ($212.50 total)
• 36 lb case – $8.00/lb ($288 total) all in 1 pound packages.
As always, our beef is locally raised, grass-fed, grass-finished, and veteran-owned.

I should start keeping a photo log. About 90% of my summer is spent fixing irrigation. In the last 3 days I've had a chain break. Four bolt snap, a bearing disintegrate, a hose blow a hole in itself, an axle shield get bent so far the axle doesn't turn and a belt snap. Irrigation is literally the worst part of the year for me.

Memorial Day is coming up, and the grill season is officially here. 🇺🇸🥩

We still have 1½ beef available for our October 7th processing date, along with a limited number of quarters for November 18th. This will be the earliest we have ever sold out, and if you're tracking grocery prices I don't think beef is gonna get any cheaper.

If you’ve been thinking about filling your freezer with local beef, now’s the time to get on the list before spots are gone.

Down to a half in September. If you're looking for locker beef then please let me know and let me know soon.

To give you an idea of what we are talking about we processed 5 in April, we will process 12 in June, September, October and November. That's 53 whole beef, or 106 halves, April is done, June is sold out, September has a half left, October has 5 whole and a half (or 11 halves) November has 2 Whole or 4 halves. Quarters we do in the 2nd half of November and their is still room, I have 5 wholes left there so some of those may become halves if we sell out. If you want on the list better be quick.

I didn't want to cause a panic buying but we will be out of our ground beef this week. I have some in stock (around 300lbs which sounds like a lot but it's not) so if you're gonna grab some come on down to the Grants Pass Growers Market on the corner of 4th and F today till 1pm.
$9 a pound
$8.50 a pound for 25lbs
$8 a pound for 36lbs.
