Engine - Tanker - Brush - Utility The Granville Fire Company has been around since 1945. We are located in Granville Township, Mifflin County.
We currently serve our community with five pieces of apparatus (Engine, Tanker, Utility, and Brush) with a membership of 25 Firefighters and other Administrative and Social members. The township is served by two other Fire Departments along with us, West Granville and Junction Fire Company. Our area is covered by a variety of settings from Mountains to the Juniata River to several small businesses
. We are always looking for new members so feel free to stop by the Firehouse if you interested in joining.

The Officers and Members of the Granville Fire Company would like to wish everyone a safe and happy New Year. We would like to than everyone for their support to our Department in 2022 and look forward to seeing everyone at our events in 2023.

Santa will be starting at Race Track Rd / Brannon Ln. at 2pm. He will then travel 103 N to Miller Ln. / Maple Ave. He will then travel down Granville Rd. to River Rd. then onto Anderson Rd. He will then travel 103 N to Snooks Hill Rd. Santa will then travel down North River Rd.
Thank you to everyone who came out to have breakfast with The Grinch. I loved seeing all the elves that came out to see him, and everyone in their festive attire!

At 1056 hours, the Tanker was dispatched to Cherry Tree Ln., Union Twp. to assist the Belleville Fire Co. with a commercial building fire. The Tanker operated on scene for over three hours.

At 1248 hours, the Brush responded to Hower Gap Rd., Fermanagh Twp., Juniata County for a mountain fire. Multiple fire companies responded to the 40 plus acre fire and operated on scene for several hours before turning the scene over to the Dept of Forestry.
The firehouse will be doing a Chicken BBQ on Saturday, November 19th.

It was a beautiful day for some Trunk or Treating. Thanks to everyone that came out.
At 1042 hours, the Engine and Utility were dispatched to the 300 block of Terrace Blvd, Juniata Terrace Boro for a Carbon Monoxide Alarm. The crew checked the residence and found no Carbon Monoxide. Chief 16 had the command.

Today at 1059 hours, the Engine was dispatched to the area of 50 Hawstone Rd to assist Company 15 with a single vehicle crash.
The self serve stand at the firehouse is full of fresh picked Incredible sweet corn. $4 a dozen.

On 7/22/22 at 0531 hours, the Tanker responded to Loop Rd. to assist Junction Fire Co. with a structure fire.
At 0205 hours, the Engine and Tanker responded to Lombard St., McVeytown Boro to assist McVeytown Fire Co. with a working structure fire.

This morning at 0633 hours, the Engine was dispatched to 196 South Main St., Kish Apartments to assist the Lewistown Fire Dept with Hi-Risk Fire. The Engine crew assisted with evacuating residents from the seven story building.
Multiple Mifflin County Departments worked the scene.

At 0208 hours, the Engine was dispatched to S. Wayne St.,to assist the Lewistown Boro Fire Dept with a structure fire. Crews operated on scene for over two hours.
Granville community fireworks will be Sunday, July 3rd at dark.
Granville Community Yard Sales are today. There are a bunch set up at the firehouse.
We are also doing car washes and have a food stand set up.
Hot dogs, Burgers, BBQ, and fresh cut fries.
Come out and support your local volunteers.
