There's something special about a wedding that feels personal from the moment guests arrive.

Taylor and Jacob's celebration at Schrammsberg Estate was filled with thoughtful details, meaningful moments, and beautiful reminders of the people who helped shape their story. From the reception tables to the family photo displays, every element reflected what mattered most to them.

One of my favorite parts of wedding planning is helping couples bring these personal touches together in a way that feels natural and welcoming. The details aren't just decorations—they help create an experience that guests will remember long after the day is over.

Most importantly, Taylor and Jacob were able to spend the day focused on each other, their families, and the people who came to celebrate with them. That's always my goal: helping couples feel calm, supported, and fully present so they can enjoy every moment.

Some of my favorite wedding details are the ones that feel personal to the couple.

For this beautiful celebration at The National Exchange Hotel in Nevada City, I had the opportunity to create custom cocktail napkins for the couple. It's a small detail, but those thoughtful touches are often the things guests remember and the little moments that make a wedding feel uniquely yours.

Wedding planning isn't just about timelines and logistics. It's about creating an experience that reflects your story and allows you to be fully present with the people you love.

From coordinating the day to helping bring meaningful details together, my goal is always to help couples feel supported, organized, and confident that everything is handled.

For Basia & Joseph, we leaned into romantic black and white tones, layers of candlelight, orchids, lilies, and tropical touches to create a space that felt warm, intimate, and a little unexpected.

Happy Mother’s Day to all the incredible moms out there. 💜

One of the unexpected gifts of being a wedding planner is that I don’t just witness wedding days… I get to watch life continue afterward. Over the years, many of my couples have become real friends, and seeing their growing families, baby announcements, pregnancy photos, and new chapters unfold honestly makes me so happy.

There’s something really special about being trusted during one of the biggest moments in someone’s life, then getting little glimpses of all the beautiful moments that come after.

Today I’m celebrating all the moms, moms-to-be, grandmas, stepmoms, and the women who love so deeply and care so endlessly. Wishing you a day filled with love, appreciation, and little moments that remind you how important you are.
