Cherryland Electric Cooperative has established this page to further our interaction with members. We use this page as a means to inform members about programs, services and issues that are pertinent to their electrical service and energy needs. Some traditions are worth holding onto. 🍒❤️

Our next photo contest theme is Treasured Traditions, and we want to see the moments, memories, and traditions that make your family and community special. Whether it’s a holiday tradition, an annual family gathering, a favorite summer tradition, or something that’s been passed down through generations, show us the traditions you look forward to year after year. Submit and vote by September 25th!

You can enter the contest and vote at cherrylandelectric.coop/photo-contest. Enter your photo, cast your vote, and encourage others to vote for you, too! The photo with the most votes will appear in an upcoming issue of Michigan Country Lines, along with some of our other favorite entries. All photos printed in the magazine will also be entered into a drawing to win a credit of up to $200 on their December 2026 electric bill.

After Labor Day, we’re returning to our traditional office hours! 🕒

Beginning Tuesday, September 8, Cherryland’s office will be open Monday–Friday from 7:30 a.m.–4 p.m. and closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

As always, our crews remain ready to respond to outages and emergencies 24/7.

Please note: Our office will be closed Monday, September 7, in observance of Labor Day.

Last week at the Northwestern Michigan Fair was a blast! 🍒🎡

From flipping pancakes at breakfast to cheering on the kiddos during Kids Day, we loved seeing so many of our members throughout the week! And, of course, we couldn’t miss the animal auction...
