💦 What a way to spend Second Saturday in Downtown Gray!

Our Splash Parade was SO much fun, and we loved seeing our local law enforcement, fire departments, businesses, and teams show up ready to join in on the fun! 🚒🚓💦 Thank you to everyone who participated and everyone who came downtown to cheer them on and get a little wet!

Second Saturday happens every month in Downtown Gray and is proudly sponsored by 1st Choice Heating & Air! The water balloon fights may not happen every month 😂, but there’s always something fun planned.

💦☀️ SPLASH PARADE IS TOMORROW! ☀️💦

Tomorrow is Second Saturday in Downtown Gray, and we’re ready to GET WET! 😎💦 Come cool off from this Georgia heat and enjoy a fun-filled afternoon downtown!

🎉 Splash Parade starts at 1:00 PM!

📍 Parade Route & Viewing Areas:
Check out the map for the parade route and make plans to grab your spot along Atlanta Road or on the sidewalks of W. Clinton Street between Railroad Street and the Courthouse.

💚 Look for the green areas on the map — these are designated public viewing areas!

And while you’re downtown, don’t forget to SHOP, EAT & SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL DOWNTOWN BUSINESSES for Second Saturday! 🛍️🍝🍦☕️

Bring the kids, bring your friends, bring ALL the fun — and maybe a towel! 😂💦

🚗💦 Do you belong to a local business, church, civic club, school group, community organization, fire department, or law enforcement agency?

Does your group have a car, truck, Jeep, golf cart, or other vehicle you can bring? We want your group in the Splash Parade! 💦

Joining is easy! Gather a few people from your organization, bring a vehicle, and come ready to have some fun with the community. No fancy float or decorating required.

🚒💦 Make a splash with us! 💦🚓

Main Street Gray is inviting local fire departments, law enforcement agencies, businesses, civic groups, and community organizations to join us during our Second Saturday downtown event!

Grab your water guns, sq**rt bottles, water balloons, or other fun water items, and help us cool off the crowd! The goal is simple: have fun, keep it family-friendly, and make memories while staying safe and respectful.

🚧 **Road Closures:** 12:30 PM
🎉 **Parade Begins:** 1:00 PM

The route is short and sweet—from Atlanta Road to West Clinton Street, ending at the Courthouse—making it the perfect way to beat the heat and bring smiles to our community!

💦🌊 Get Ready, Gray... We're Making a Splash! 🌊💦

🎉 Second Saturday in August is going to be one for the books! Join us for the FIRST EVER Main Street Gray Splash Parade on Saturday, August 8 at 1:00 PM in Downtown Gray!

🚒🚓💙 Watch as our local Fire Departments, Police Department, Sheriff's Office, and other community organizations parade through downtown... but don't expect a typical parade!

💧 Be prepared to GET SOAKED! They'll be tossing water balloons into the crowd while Main Street Gray and our downtown businesses will have water stations, balloons, and plenty of water fun so you can splash them right back!

📍 Parade Route:
Atlanta Road ➡️ West Clinton Street ➡️ ending at the Jones County Courthouse

🚧 Road Closure: Downtown streets along the parade route will close at 12:30 PM, so plan to arrive early, grab your spot, and get ready for an afternoon of fun!

🍦🍕 Make a day of it! Come early to enjoy lunch, grab a sweet treat or ice cream, shop our local boutiques, and support the amazing small businesses that make Downtown Gray so special.

Bring your family, your friends, and clothes you don't mind getting wet! 💦 We can't wait to kick off what we hope becomes a new Main Street Gray tradition!
