Check out the updated 2026 payment rates for the Emergency Assistance for Livestock, Honeybees and Farm-Raised Fish Program (ELAP). This program covers water, feed and livestock transportation costs, grazing losses and honeybee colony and hive losses due to disease, adverse weather or other qualifying conditions that are not covered by other USDA disaster assistance programs.
