Grayslake Economic Development Commission (EDC) The Economic Development Commission works to improve the business community in Grayslake. These members are appointed to two-year terms by the Village Board.

This commission provides business and economic advice, fosters economic development, and promotes cooperation amongst business organizations. A commission chair is appointed annually.
