Grayville Police Department Executes Arrest and Search Warrants in Ongoing Investigation
Grayville, IL – On April 24, 2026, the Grayville Police Department executed an arrest warrant and search warrant at a residence located on East North Street in Grayville as part of a criminal investigation involving the possession of child po*******hy, unauthorized video recording, and sexual conduct with an animal.
The investigation began following a forensic examination of a cellular device previously seized pursuant to a court-authorized search warrant. Evidence recovered from that device allegedly included numerous illicit images involving minors, sexual activity with animals as well as video recordings believed to have been made inside a public restroom at Road Ranger. Investigators were also able to identify location data associated with some of the recordings.
As a result of the investigation, Brian Allender was taken into custody without incident on charges including:
• 4 counts of Child Po*******hy
• 1 count of Sexual Conduct with an Animal
• 1 count of Unauthorized Video Recording
During the ex*****on of the search warrant, officers seized multiple electronic devices and digital storage items believed to be relevant to the investigation. Those items included gaming consoles, a laptop computer, cellular phones, and an external hard drive. Additional forensic search warrants will be sought for the newly seized devices.
