The Great Bend Public Library has two part time positions open Children's Services Assistant and Library Page.
Do you enjoy the laughter and play of children? Are you passionate about early literacy in central Kansas? Does program prep and presenting bring you joy?
If so, consider applying for our Children’s Library Assistant (PT) position. Part time with approx. 25-30 hours per week, and $12/hour to start. Position offers a regular weekly schedule with every 4th Saturday, and some evenings. Position open until filled. Interviewing now.
We are also seeking candidates for the position of part-time Library Page. This position is an indirect service provider helping to maintain the availability of library materials by shelving books and other materials, reading the shelves and organizing materials into their proper sequence, and assisting with library programs. Customer service and technology skills are a must. Must be available to work flexible hours, including one week night and one Saturday rotation monthly. $10.50 per hour, no benefits, 10-15 hours per week. Open until filled.
