Attention Members! Great news on a new program: Pembina Appliance Program

The Little Shell Tribal Council established the Pembina Fund Appliance Program to provide emergency appliance assistance to Little Shell tribal elders and disabled tribal members. Approval for emergency assistance will be done on a case-by-case basis. The Program is funded by the Tribe’s allocation of the Pembina Settlement, therefore, funding is limited.



The Program is available to Little Shell tribal homeowners living in Montana.
The Program is currently only offering to repair or install new furnaces.

The Little Shell Housing Department announces that the FINAL DEADLINE to apply to the Homeowners Assistance Fund (HAF) is FRIDAY, JANUARY 5, 2024 at 5PM MT. The HAF program is funded by the U.S. Treasury and the funds are running out quickly. Due to funds running low, NO late applications will be accepted. The Little Shell Tribe received a significantly smaller donation of toys this year than we have in past years. The Little Shell Tribe will be filling toys for tots requests for our enrolled and eligible members.
St. Vincent de Paul has graciously offered to fill the requests of all non-members and LST members who are ineligible for services at this time..
However, you must register through them by Friday Dec. 15th end of day. You can send in your toy request through the website at: https://great-falls-mt.toysfortots.org
**All LST enrolled and eligible members who completed Toys For Tots applications** can pick them up on Saturday, December 16th from 10AM to 4PM only at the Food Building at 1301 Stuckey Road. (Toys will not be held and must be picked at this time)
It is important to LST that everyone’s request be filled. We appreciate your patience.
We are grateful for the Toys for Tots donation we have received from the U.S. Marines. These toys help make Christmas a joyous event for many of our families.

The Little Shell Tribe received a significantly smaller donation of toys this year than we have in past years.
St. Vincent de Paul will be filling all Toys for Tots requests from families of those who are not Little Shell members or members who are ineligible for services at this time.
Non-members and members who are ineligible for services can pick up their toys at St. Vincent de Paul at (address) on Saturday, December 16th from (time).
All LST members who completed Toys For Tots applications can pick them up on Saturday, December 16th from 10AM to 4PM only at the Food Building at 1301 Stuckey Road. (Toys will not be held and must be picked at this time)

The Little Shell Tribal Housing Department is seeking proposals and quotes from qualified contractors/vendors for its upcoming Elder Housing Assistance Program focused on providing residential energy efficient appliances. The RFQ is now open for the supply and delivery of energy efficient appliances. The RFP is now open for installation of residential appliances. DEADLINE IS FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 15, 2023.
