The National League of Junior Cotillions, Loudoun County Chapter: Empowering Future Leaders in Northern Virginia with Timeless Etiquette, Ballroom Grace, and Unmatched Character! The NLJC is a program of etiquette, character education and social dance training for elementary, middle and high school students in 30 states, with over 300 chapters nationwide. The Pre-Cotillion program is aimed at K-4

students; the Junior Cotillion program is geared toward students in grades 5-8; the High School Cotillion Club is for 9-12 grade students; and the Debutante Program for young women ages 15-18.

Pre-Cotillion® registration is open for the Loudoun County Chapter of the National League of Junior Cotillions®.

This is a meaningful introduction to confidence, character, and social skills. Children learn dining etiquette, manners, and social confidence in a setting prepared for country clubs, formal dinners, and the rooms they will one day enter.

Now is the time to register.

The 2026–2027 season of the Loudoun County Chapter of the National League of Junior Cotillions® is open. Classes meet at Belmont Country Club in Ashburn, River Creek Club in Leesburg, and the Historic Middleburg Community Center — rooms chosen so every student is seen and every standard is kept.

Enrollment is limited by design. Spaces fill early.

Give your child practiced poise, gracious manners, and ballroom ease — the quiet confidence that serves introductions, dinners, interviews, and rooms that matter later.

Back to school is the natural moment to return to Junior Cotillion®.

The Loudoun County Chapter of the National League of Junior Cotillions® is now accepting registration for the 2026–2027 season. Classes meet at Belmont Country Club in Ashburn, River Creek Club in Leesburg, and the Historic Middleburg Community Center — intimate rooms chosen so every student is seen and every standard is kept.

Enrollment is limited by design. Spaces fill early.

Give your child the practiced poise, gracious manners, and ballroom ease that travel from the first introduction of the year to interviews, dinners, and rooms that matter later.

Last evening the Loudoun County Chapter of the National League of Junior Cotillions® joined families at the Belmont Charity Classic in support of the Loudoun First Responders Foundation. Our students practiced the same habits we teach every week: gratitude, poise at the table, and service to the community that keeps us safe.
It was an honor to sponsor a hole and to sit among neighbors who give so much.

The directors of the Loudoun County Chapter of the National League of Junior Cotillions® and their family were invited to a mixer this evening to welcome the new Membership Director at Belmont Country Club.

Our chapter is delighted to partner with Belmont Country Club to bring these skills to its enrolled member families.

Our Premiere class on September 8 includes an ice cream social during which students will practice these same skills. Poise becomes second nature when children have the chance to use it.

A little history never hurt a first impression.

Tuesday evening the Loudoun County Chapter of the National League of Junior Cotillions® welcomed families to Belmont Manor House—the kind of room that still knows how to receive.

Once a temporary White House while Washington burned in 1814.

Built by the son of a signer of the Declaration of Independence.

Later home to the couple who owned the Hope Diamond.

Gilt mirrors. A staircase that was made for descending. Portraits that have seen every sort of arrival. Our students and parents walked in as if they already belonged there—because that is the point.

We do not teach children to perform in pretty rooms.

We teach them how to inhabit them.

Thank you to every family who came.

The season has begun.

As members of Belmont Country Club, the Loudoun County Chapter of the National League of Junior Cotillions® is proud to sponsor a hole at tomorrow’s Charity Classic.

We invite our local families and friends to sponsor a hole as well, if they would like. There is also a barbecue dinner in the evening that benefits the Loudoun First Responders Foundation and the Invited Employee Care Foundation, and we will be there.

Spots are still available to register.
