Preparing for the unthinkable requires seamless coordination, and we’re honored to work alongside the military, local emergency responders, and healthcare partners to sharpen our skills. It was a busy day at Signature Aviation DEN at Denver International Airport as multiple agencies trained for a mass injury event where injured patients would be brought to Denver.

Our newest aircraft, Med Evac 4, based in Casper, Wyoming, has obtained its final validation to carry and administer a range of blood products. Every flight is equipped with a specially designed cooler that is electronically monitored to maintain a safe storage environment for blood products. We work closely with the hospital to rotate blood units every 48-72 hours, minimizing waste and ensuring their availability to our most critical patients 24/7.
