Connections for Independent Living Challenge Barriers. Build Independence. When you support our work, you are supporting more than an organization.

We help people with all types of disabilities in northeastern Colorado develop the skills they need to live independently. Centers for Independent Living were created to be run by and for people with disabilities, and offer support, advocacy, and information on empowerment in the attainment of independence from a peer viewpoint, a perspective that was hitherto excluded from participation in the di

scussion and execution of “services for the disabled.”

If you or someone you know, are in need of services please contact our office to be connected with an Independent Living Specialist. You are lending a hand to your neighbors and community members, from the veteran with PTSD to the mother whose son has cerebral palsy. You can take action now by:
Making a one time donation
Including us in your planned giving or estate plan
Contributing to our annual fundraiser
Donating office supplies or equipment
Donating your time and skills as a volunteer

Our Outdoor Summer Youth Program is well underway! We have five upcoming day camps for youth with disabilities ages 14-17 residing in Weld, Morgan, Logan, Phillips, Sedgwick, Washington, and Yuma counties. Funded by the Outdoor Equity Grant Program at CPW. Transportation and lunches are provided.

June 16 - Poudre Learning Center July 23- Poudre Learning Center July 7- Windsor Lake
July 14- Northern Colorado Wildlife Center
