Caring for a person living with dementia is a meaningful journey that can bring both rewards and challenges for caregivers and families. In this webinar, Oakwood Creative Care will highlight how its Alzheimer's Disease Programs Initiative (ADPI) grant from the Administration for Community Living (ACL) is expanding innovative caregiver support services that foster resilience, emotional well-being, and meaningful connections.

Presenters will provide an overview of Oakwood Creative Care's mission, the communities it serves across Arizona, and its expanded commitment to supporting caregivers of people living with dementia. Participants will learn about Resilient Together, Oakwood's six-week support program designed to help caregivers, care partners and families build resilience through emotional support, grief resources, practical guidance, and opportunities for connection.

Through real-world examples and case studies, attendees will explore how resilience-based approaches can empower caregivers, strengthen family relationships, enhance well-being, and help families navigate the dementia journey with greater confidence and support.

💙National Grief Awareness Day

We would like to recognize our partners at the Community Grief Center. They offer free support groups for children, teens, and adults who have lost a loved one, creating a space where healing happens through connection with others who understand.

If grief has felt overwhelming for a long stretch, or you've noticed yourself pulling away from the people and routines you care about, reaching out may help.
