The Green Bay Public Arts Commission (GBPAC) was founded in October of 2017 by local artist Kent Hutchison. The commission consists of several members from various arts and community organizations around Green Bay. Though our history is brief we are actively working on getting our exciting new programs off the ground. The main programs we are currently focusing on are the Rotating Arts Program, the Annual Grants Program and the Letter of Support. If you would like to learn more about these programs you can visit our website.

As an audience cheers, three teenage girls cross the stage in a line, to the high-energy beat of The Chainsmokers' "Don't Let Me Down." They're dressed in head-to-toe black, but each of their shirts is decorated with bright bulbs, flashing and blinking in various colors as they move.

Sweden's mouse-sized mini street art comes to Stockholm for the first time

Many times when we think of public art, we imagine large sculptures and murals spanning lengths of large buildings. But public art can take on many shapes and forms including these small wonders.
