The City has received American Rescue Plan (ARP) funds to assist those who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Assistance can be provided through housing, rental assistance, and other services.

We have prepared a draft “HOME-ARP Allocation Plan”. This will guide the use of federal housing funds within the City to perform activities that must primarily benefit qualifying individuals and families who are homeless, at risk of homelessness, or in other vulnerable populations.

The public is invited to comment on the plan. Please follow the link for further details including the plan and instructions on how to comment: https://greenbaywi.gov/1163/HOME-ARP
