ODYS-Open Door Youth Services Open Door Youth Services provides supportive services to runaway, throwaway, homeless, and at-risk youth and their families in Brown County.

The program is staffed by degreed professionals who are trained to assist youth and their families in crisis situations. They will respond to requests for assistance to youth in crisis where and when it is needed. A primary goal of the program is to resolve conflict and reunite runaway youth with their families as quickly as possible. Today’s youth may face many difficulties including:

*Lack of communication
*Relationship problems
*Difficulty at school
*Self-esteem issues
*Alcohol or drug abuse
*Runaway issues

Open Door Youth Services provides the following services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week:

-Voluntary telephone and face-to-face crisis intervention and family mediation
-Shelter arrangements as needed
-On-going intervention services for runaways and other youth in crisis that include the youth’s family
-Information and referrals
-Education and outreach

Any contact with Open Door Youth Services is kept strictly confidential. All services are provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at no cost to youth and their families.
