Green Forest Public Library Green Forest Library offers lots of services and activities to the community free of charge. Need to get a library card? Need to fax? Need copies?

All we need is a piece of mail to prove your mailing address and a completed application we provide. Our fax number is 870-438-4586. To receive a fax here it costs .25 per page. Color copies are .25 a page. Black & white copies are .10 a page.
