One of the things we learned at Lindemann U is that Opportunities=Percentage of Sales. What percentage are you now closing? If it hasn't improved - why? What are your closing rates on different types of jobs? What are the sales margin rates? What are the sales categories/levels. What is the high achiever doing that the others are missing? Remember: What gets measured gets done.
