Here is the latest updated status on ComEd’s storm restoration efforts in Green Oaks.
As of the latest report, approximately 90.8% of impacted customers have been restored, with 506 customers returned to service. Currently, 51 customers remain without power, reflecting continued progress toward full restoration.
ComEd currently has one crew actively working on outages within Green Oaks. There are now only two open outage events remaining in the community, with the largest outage associated with Circuit A3410 TDC234, affecting approximately 50 customers.
The primary remaining outage currently has an estimated restoration time of July 30 at 11:00 p.m. A crew has arrived on site and is actively working to complete repairs. As always, restoration estimates may be adjusted as work progresses and field conditions are evaluated.
Crews are focused on completing the final stages of restoration as safely and efficiently as possible.
Residents are encouraged to:
• Stay away from any downed power lines and report them immediately to 1-800-EDISON1 (1-800-334-7661);
• Report outages and receive updates by texting OUT to 26633 (COMED);
• Enroll in outage alerts through ComEd’s Outage Alerts program.
