As you come out to celebrate, please remember to stay safe in the heat. The heat index is expected to be 100°+, so be sure to hydrate, wear light-colored and loose-fitting clothing, use sunscreen, and take breaks in the shade when needed.
Please keep an eye on children, elderly family members, and pets, and don’t hesitate to ask for help if you or someone around you begins to feel overheated.
