Final meeting of the year and we headed over to in College Park to enjoy Asian foods and holiday joy with some members.

Many of our members weren't able.to attend (yall were missed) but we made sure to have fun for all of thr club.

The is excited to see the new County Council Members take their spots this upcoming week. We know that immigrants are the backbone of this country and that leadership that want to amplify voices often ignored are vital to ensure all communities in our county and beyond are thriving.

We are so proud that the first South Asian to serve on the Prince Georges County Council is our very own co-founder and club parliamentarian ! We salute you and are inspired by your trail blazing!

The AAPI Democratic Club PGC is grateful and proud of the service of one of our founding members Joshua M. Thomas. Truly, an example of leadership and being a change maker.

May we all continue to strive to be our ancestors' wildest dreams .... in our advocacy, in our representation, and in clearing the path for others to follow. Possibly the first, but never to be the last to hold positions of leadership and at the forefront of affecting change.

Join the AAPI Democratic Club PGC as we support the Prince George's County GOTV Rally with Maryland Democratic Party nominees Wes Moore for Governor, Aruna Miller for Lt. Governor, Senator Van Hollen, Brooke Lierman for Comptroller, Anthony G. Brown for Attorney General, and other special guests and DJ Jealousy for a Get Out the Vote Rally in Prince George's County on Sunday 10/30 at 2pm.
