Thank you Building Legacies for the facelift in the Parlor. We absolutely LOVE it!!! 😍

There were multiple challenges that the crew faced because of how old the house is. With every challenge they found a solution that protected the historic features of the home, while repairing critical issues. It is such a fresh feeling in the room without losing the character. And that chandelier!!! Goodness. 🩵

We are now scheduling tours for pre-booking The Blue 102 for your next celebration. We can accommodate up to 100 guests for your wedding, bridal or baby shower, birthday party, anniversary, company picnic, photoshoot, etc.

This estate was a social hub for Greeneville in the 1800’s - 1900’s. Countless garden parties, Victorian weddings, and gatherings happened on these grounds. This isn’t just a venue, it’s an experience that takes you back to a time when everything was grand and elegant.

Greeneville is blessed with access to such tremendous talent.
