Greeneville Middle School Greeneville Middle School is a school of approximately 700 students in grades six, seven, and eight.

GMS is a Southern Association Accredited school located in Greeneville, Tennessee, which is 70 miles northeast of Knoxville. GMS is the only middle school in the Greeneville City School system.

Throughout the week, our students explored a wide variety of career paths and gained valuable insight into the many opportunities that lie ahead of them.

Thank you to all of our rising 6th grade students and families who joined us tonight to learn more about Greeneville Middle School. We loved seeing our future Greene Devils exploring the building, meeting teachers, connecting with staff, and getting excited about the year ahead!

A huge thank you to our amazing GMS staff and student leaders for making tonight possible. Your willingness to serve, guide, answer questions, and welcome families showcased what makes GMS such a special place.

The future is bright at Greeneville Middle School, and we cannot wait to welcome the Class of 2032 this fall!
