โš ๏ธ Greeneville Fire Department Conducting Annual Hydrant Testing โš ๏ธ

๐Ÿš’ The Greeneville Fire Department (GFD) will begin its annual fire hydrant testing and maintenance program throughout the Town of Greeneville.

๐Ÿง‘โ€๐Ÿš’ During this process, firefighters will be working along streets and roadways across the community. Motorists are encouraged to use caution, remain alert, and watch for personnel operating in and around traffic areas.

GFD will test more than 1,200 fire hydrants as part of this effort. This annual program is critical to ensuring hydrants are in proper working condition, capable of delivering adequate water flow for fire protection. Crews will also perform routine maintenance, including repairs and the application of fresh paint where needed.

The Greeneville Fire Department appreciates the publicโ€™s cooperation and support as we work to maintain a safe and reliable fire protection system for our community.
