For me being is spending time outdoors with my dad. Whether we’re hiking, backpacking through the woods, or exploring on our bikes, those adventures challenge me physically while letting me unplug and recharge.
One of my favorite traditions is our annual trip to Deep Creek with family friends. I was so lucky to spend this past weekend there, and it was the perfect way to prepare for Miss Tennessee’s Teen.
I love floating down the river, finding breathtaking views, and spending quiet moments relaxing in my hammock. In a world that is constantly busy, those moments remind me to slow down and appreciate God’s creation.
Psalm 46:10 says, “Be still, and know that I am God.” That verse is a reminder that finding stillness is just as important as staying active. Taking time to rest and reconnect allows me to return stronger, more focused, and ready for whatever comes next.
Join me in Nashville, June 18-20 as I compete for the title of Miss Tennessee’s Teen.
