Greenfield Chamber/Main Street is a volunteer driven non-profit organization. We belong to the National Main Street Center and are an accredited Main Street Program utilizing the Four Point Approach, a trade-mark approach to revitalization. We have a local governing board of directors and working committees in the areas of Design/Beautification, Business Improvement/Economic Restructuring, Promotions/Events, and Organization/Volunteer & Fund development. We also have subcommittees that include Retail and Tourism. It takes many volunteers to fulfill these roles and for those not interested in serving on a committee we also have project based volunteering.

Mission: Greenfield Chamber/Main Street unites the Greenfield community and historic commercial district to be a sustainable economic base for business and a welcoming environment for residents and visitors who value its past and embrace its future.

Mother’s Day is this Sunday. We will of course have lots of beautiful flowers and plants ( stay tuned for pics) but I wanted to share with you this fun Mother’s Day gift idea. I am doing a package deal with garden flags! They are $15 each but if you buy 3 flags I will throw one of the flag poles that stake in the ground for FREE! Would be great for someone who has everything because this is outside and not in the way but adds some cheer and color all year round! These are available for delivery and pick up! Limited quantities available on some of the flags. Comment sold on the flags you want and I will message you to get delivery or pick up details!!

Today's the day, Happy May Day! How are you spreading some May Day cheer?

When was the last time you participated in May Day fun? We want you to take part in our May Day challenge this year to spread a little love throughout the community (while practicing safe social distancing).

Here's how it works:
1. Pick at least 6 people you would like to gift a special treat for May Day.

2. Decide what to gift - it could be something you purchase or make or a gift certificate but we especially encourage you to purchase local (need some ideas? - we'd be happy to help)

3. Take a picture of the gift and post it on Facebook or Instagram. Tag the 6 people you gifted and our page. Tag our page @GreenfieldChamberMainStreet (Facebook) or @mainstreetgreenfieldia (Instagram). Use #GreatInGreenfield
