"Middle school was a very difficult time for me (as it was for many). I was experiencing complex social issues with my peers, and I did not know how to properly handle them. Looking back, I really wish I had a platform to help me properly communicate with my peers, I think something like that would have greatly benefited me during that time. I see peer mediation as an opportunity to give to the community something that I would have loved so much in the past. High school is notoriously a hard time socially, and I want to do my part to help my peers navigate that!" - 11th grade CRG Peer Mediator

Your generous donation can help support the expansion of peer mediation programs within public schools across our region.

Monthly donors are the backbone of CRG's long-term sustainability. If you've ever had a conflict that felt impossible — or watched someone you love struggle through one — you already know why this work matters. A monthly gift is one of the most meaningful ways to say: I want this to exist for others too.

Thank you for making a donation today!

Every contribution brings us closer to a world where conflict becomes an opportunity for understanding, where young people learn to resolve differences with respect, and where restorative practices transform how we connect with one another.

We're grateful to have you in our community. Together, we're investing in a more peaceful future. 💙

Real impact. Real students. Real change. 💙
This is what happens when students learn conflict resolution skills—they don't just manage disagreements, they build authentic connections across grades and social groups.
For 33 years, CRG has been bringing restorative circles and mediation training to Western Massachusetts schools. The results speak for themselves: students who were once quiet observers are now active participants. Seventh graders are connecting across traditional social boundaries. Young people are learning that conflict can be an opportunity for growth, not just something to avoid.

This Giving Tuesday, help us expand this work. Your support means more students learning the skills they need to navigate conflict with confidence and empathy.
