The RPC position plays an essential role in advancing our work with school partners across our region in shaping cultural and institutional change by centering the dignity and power of young people and the communities they live in. "Middle school was a very difficult time for me (as it was for many). I was experiencing complex social issues with my peers, and I did not know how to properly handle them. Looking back, I really wish I had a platform to help me properly communicate with my peers, I think something like that would have greatly benefited me during that time. I see peer mediation as an opportunity to give to the community something that I would have loved so much in the past. High school is notoriously a hard time socially, and I want to do my part to help my peers navigate that!" - 11th grade CRG Peer Mediator

For 33 years, CRG has been bringing restorative circles and mediation training to Western Massachusetts schools.
