As mowing season ramps up, residents are reminded that grass and w**ds must be maintained under 8 inches during the growing season.
This ordinance will be strictly enforced this season by Greenfield Police and Public Works. Properties not maintained in accordance with the ordinance will be mowed by the Public Works department, with associated costs assessed to the property owner.
Staying ahead of mowing and w**d eating helps keep neighborhoods clean, safe, and looking their best for everyone.

Please note: St. John's Catholic Church, Greenfield has opened their church hall to serve as a storm shelter this evening. There is a tornado shelter room on the south side of the lower level.
