โItโs known across the state and country that Greensboro is a city deeply rooted in the fight for civil rights,โ said Gina Fisher, the special event coordinator for Greensboro Parks and Recreation Department. โGetting to celebrate and remember that history with the wide variety of upcoming Juneteenth events is incredibly exciting and offers our community a chance to come together.โ
