Guilford County offices will be closed on Friday, July 3 in observance of Independence Day.

The Guilford County Veterans Services office in Greensboro, located inside the NCWorks Career Center, will close at 2 p.m. on Thursday, July 2. The office will reopen on Monday, July 6.

Essential county services will remain operational including Guilford County EMS, Guilford County Sheriff's Office, Guilford County Child and Adult Protection Teams, and Guilford Metro 911. Guilford County Parks will be open to the public.

County offices will return to normal operating hours on Monday, July 6.
