Connie Swim School Private swim instruction for children age 6 months to age 7. All lessons are one on one 15 minute privates.

Connie Swim School is a September-June swim school specializing in infants, toddlers and preschool aged children. A very smooth, fluid, relaxed method of swimming is emphasized with correct body position from the very beginning. The goal is for all children to become safe in the water and t

o have the ability to remain calm. REGISTRATION FOR the 2015-2016 SCHOOL YEAR begins at 7pm - by email - on Thursday August 13th. I will send an email with information about times and dates to everyone on my contact list by Friday, August 7th. 55 years!! American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor certified on May 11, 1971.

I have been teaching swimming to young children for 55 years. I never stopped! Even through 2 pregnancies I continued to show up at the pool. I never imagined how rewarding this love of the water and being with young children could be.

This current school year I have taught 200 children. The next generation is showing up. I absolutely love getting to know so many families. My goals are simple- teach children to be safe around and in the water and to not fear it but conquer it.

Late next week, email notification will go to all Connie Swim School families about available Spring 2026 openings.

Today concludes my 54th continuous year of teaching private swim lessons in Greensboro. I loved getting to know so many families and watching their children grow. The next generation is now enrolling their infants, toddlers and young children.

800 private lessons were taught this year and I loved every minute of it. See you at the pool!
