Huge congratultions to our friends over at Carolina Theatre!

Wow! 🤩 We’ve reached a $2.5 million milestone in our Capital Campaign, thanks to YOUR donations, and a $20k gift from the Crescent Rotary Club Foundation! This process has been an amazing transformation, made possible by dedicated staff, volunteers, and donors. But it’s not over yet! The next phase of our Campaign will focus on The Crown, our upstairs venue which fosters emerging artists, showcasing the talent and artistry of our community!

We got our first snow of the winter and luckily it didn't cause any major issues. The sun is out though now and it'll clear away quickly. We've got lots of sun the next three days. Use this time to get out and explore Greensboro!

Visit one of our parks or gardens, check out the Downtown Greenway, walk downtown, check out East Greensbro. All of our Parks & Recreation facilities are open and ready for you!

We've got years and years worth of interpretive dance skils that have been screaming to get out. This seems like it will be a great place to let loose.

If all goes as planned, what was once a refrigerated meat-storage facility at 800 Pastor Anderson Way in Greensboro will become Rhythm Works, where musicians can create and perform.

Buy ALL the bread and milk.

It seems that snow will finally make its way to the Triad sometime on Thursday. At this point, City staff has prepped all of our snow equipment and vehicles. Everything is ready. Now we are watching and monitoring the forecast just like everyone else. Once we all have a better understanding of when the snow will begin, how much we can expect, etc., we'll determine when crews will report and when we'll begin treating the roadways.
