P.O.W.E.R. of Play Foundation Seeks Cars and SUVs for Trunk-or-Treat Event
GREENSBORO, NC – The P.O.W.E.R. of Play Foundation is calling for local businesses, community groups, and individuals to participate in its upcoming Trunk-or-Treat event. The event will be held on Wednesday, October 30, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., at the Proehlific Park soccer fields. It's a fun, safe, and family-friendly way to celebrate Halloween.
The foundation is looking for participants to decorate their trucks and hand out candy to children. To make the event even more exciting, there will be prizes awarded for the best-decorated trucks. All trucks are welcome to join in the fun.
“This is a great opportunity to get creative and engage with the community while providing a safe place for kids to trick-or-treat,” said Natasha Hilburn, Executive Director for the P.O.W.E.R. of Play Foundation. “We're looking for at least 50 car to help us create a memorable Halloween experience for local families.”
