Our Story

Each session begins with the teaching of boxing fundamentals. The boxing techniques are then demonstrated and conducted as a boxersize workout. Beginning with warm-ups, transitioning into the core of our workouts we conclude with cool-downs. Each member will receive a "Members Only" packet consisting a suggested meal plans, at-home exercises & stretches, individual goals and their recorded weight/measurements to track progress as we perform weekly assessments.
